1. 医药与免疫治疗

  疫苗佐剂

• Poly I:C 是最早被广泛研究的病毒模拟物之一，可作为疫苗佐剂增强 抗病毒、抗肿瘤疫苗的免疫原性。

抗病毒研究

• 通过激活 TLR3/MDA5通路，诱导产生干扰素（IFN-α/β）及多种细胞因子，提高机体对RNA 病毒（如流感、冠状病毒等）的抵抗力。

肿瘤免疫治疗

• Poly I:C 能激活树突状细胞和 NK 细胞，诱导抗肿瘤免疫反应；部分修饰版本（如 Poly I:C stabilized with poly-L-lysine and carboxymethylcellulose, Poly-ICLC）已进入临床研究，用于黑色素瘤、胶质瘤等癌症的免疫治疗。
